This guide provides technical instructions for utilizing the Bulk Send module to dispatch hundreds of unique document transactions simultaneously using CSV-based automation.

Bulk Send (or "Mass Distribution") is a powerful automation tool designed for scenarios where a single document template must be sent to a large population of unique recipients (e.g., annual policy updates, shareholder agreements, or employee onboarding packets). Instead of creating hundreds of individual envelopes manually, Bulk Send allows administrators to upload a data manifest (CSV) and trigger a mass-dispatch event. Each recipient receives a unique, personalized envelope that is cryptographically tied to their identity.

Implementation Sequence

1. Template Selection and Manifest Alignment

Navigate to the Bulk Send module and select New Bulk Send.

1. Select Source Template: Choose the template that will serve as the master for the distribution.
2. Download CSV Manifest: IUSign generates a customized CSV template based on the roles and fields defined in your selected master template.
3. Data Population: Fill the CSV with your recipient data. The manifest includes columns for:

2. Manifest Ingestion and Validation

Upload the populated CSV back into the IUSign engine. The platform executes a multi-point validation protocol:

• Capacity Check: Ensuring the batch size is within your organizational tier limits.
• Preview Generation: The engine generates a subset of sample envelopes to allow you to verify the data merging logic before the mass dispatch.

3. Mass Dispatch Execution

Upon validation, select Execute Bulk Send. The IUSign orchestration engine then:

• Mass Synthesize: Simultaneously creates hundreds of unique envelopes.
• Parallel Dispatch: Orchestrates the SMTP delivery of invitations across high-throughput mail servers to ensure rapid delivery and avoid being flagged as spam.
