- Drag & Drop: On desktop, simply drag the image file into the ingestion zone.

- Background Removal: IUSign will attempt to automatically remove the white background from your signature, creating a transparent asset that looks natural when "burned" into the document.

- Cropping: Adjust the focus area to ensure only the signature itself is captured, removing any unnecessary white space.
4. Adoption and Global Application
Select Adopt and Sign. The optimized asset is then:
- Asset Synthesis: Generated as a transparent PNG/SVG.
- Global Application: Automatically applied to all other signature fields within the current transaction, ensuring a unified and professional aesthetic across all pages.
